Why we love Allyn (and small businesses!): We arrived at our Long Island home late on a below-freezing night last week to discover that our heat was out. Within an hour, at 1am, Allyn had a super kind and professional service representative at our house. He discovered and remedied the problem efficiently. This is the sort of personal service that's rare but deeply appreciated.

I CALLED ALLYN OIL AND THEY WHERE SO HELPFUL WITH MY PROBLEM. I HAD ONE OFF SERVICES MAN ROBERTO CAME IN, AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM RIGHT WAY. ALWAYS EXCELLENT THEY GET 5 STARS.

Tom from Allyn Oil took care of my family's corroded boiler on his vacation. He and his team were efficient, knowledgeable and productive in fixing our boiler so our family could have hot water on a quick time frame. We switched to his company for all of our oil needs and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a great team to have in their home.

My family has been dealing with Allyn oil for almost 50 years. In all those years they have never failed to provide us with superior customer service. Two days after hurricane Sandy, after i pumped out the flood water and had electricity with a generator, they had a technician at my house and restored my heat and hot water within a couple of hours. That will never be forgotten. Thanks to Ray and his son Tommy, keep up the good work

I called Allynoil for an emergency oil delivery and was greeted by Paula on the phone. She went above and beyond in the manner she attended me. She was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The delivery also came in a timely manner. Truly a great experience. Definitely will recommend and use again.

Their customer service is absolutely disgusting! I asked for a service because my oil burned needed to be bled but I have no idea how to do it myself and i have 4 kids in my home and requested their services, which i have used on many occasions! I was told someone would be here around 11 and around 2pm still nobody had came so I called back to see and the dispatcher was very rude so I asked for the manager and thw owner got on the phone and JUMPED DOWN MY THROAT before i could even get a word out! I will never be using this companies services again nor will family or friends.

I have NEVER given a bad review of any business in my life. I am a business owner and I am flabbergasted at the behavior and attitudes of the staff as well as the owner. I do not have a contract with them but I did use their services often for my boiler. They pushed me aside for contracted customers which I understand. However they never told me this and I was sitting in my freezing home with children waiting for someone to come.

I eventually called to see what time they might come and was treated like a piece of garbage. The owner told me " if it's been 8 hours you dont call you just wait" THAT IS JUST RUDE! I do not think 2 phone calls in a matter of 6 hours requires this kind of treatment!

Excellent customer service. I only have them for oil right now but as soon as my alarm contract with Slomins expires I will be using Allyn for that as well. Needed them for a service call, they responded within hours and fixed the issue same day. Very friendly customer service reps and mechanics.

This place is a life saver. I was with another oil company and they cancelled me without any prior notice. Yes, I did owe them $80 which they know I always pay them. I was with the other company for over 6 years. Nevertheless I called this company and they delivered my oil the same night, which happened to be one of the coldest nights of the winter.

My original company was willing to let me suffer. I wrote them, my old company a letter and they did call me because they knew I was right. Anyway, I stayed with Allyn and now I am a customer with Allyn who I appreciate and thank goodness for them. I have heat and I have a contract with them. Good people.

Once again Allyn Oil comes through with excellent service. With it being 6 degrees this morning, my oil line froze & shutoff my boiler. I put in a service call & was advised that there were many calls today due to these low temps & they would get to my call asap. I was asked to be patient & knew they would get to me. But when Tom from Allyn Services rang my bell at 2pm, I was pleasantly surprised.

He promptly accessed the problem as a frozen line & had my boiler purring like a kitten within 15 minutes! I must say, I've used other oil companies in the past but none compare to Allyn Oil. They are honest, professional, speedy with service & always neat and clean. They understand customer service & ALWAYS DELIVER excellent service.

We've been with them halfway to forever. Whenever we'd needed them for emergency service they've come within an hour or two; any original work has been done well: I've never needed them to come back and tweak anything.
