Excellent service! From phone customer service to the service reps who turn sprinkler system on- make sure all is working well to shut down for winter. Since they have installed our system we've had no issues. Very pleased with the pricing for installation and service!

I read the only other review with some dismay. We have been using Automatic for over 20 years. They installed our system when we moved into this house, and we have worked with them since then. Our service contract provides a Spring turn on service and a Winterization service. The service has been terrific, the same fellow, William, comes every year. Not expensive, excellent service, totally happy with the sprinkler system. If something breaks they fix it. Sometimes I pay a few extra bucks.
