Newer equipment is outdated and "suggested" firmware updates crashes devices on the regular. Company's response to this common issue: "Your equipment is outdated and will be phased out in a year. You should consider upgrading your legacy equipment." Mind you that we just picked up these devices from the company only 6 months before the firmware destroyed everything.
