We have been an SOS customer for 15 years on our summer home. We usually get good service, but the service that we experience last week was nothing short of fantastic. The office called to confirm the appointment the morning of, and I had to change the time. They accommodated me without a problem! The technician arrived and was professional, explained exactly what he was doing, and taught me how to use the phone app. He had some extra time and proceeded to clean my smoke detectors for free. It's nice to deal with a company with real people who care about their long term customers.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. This used to be a wonderful family-owned company in Topsfield, MA. However, ever since it was sold to Cunningham Security, a large corporation run out of Maine, the service is AWFUL. The last 3x my alarm has gone off, it has taken 8-10 minutes for the monitoring company to call us. Once the person even called us back a second time to re-ask for our password because they forgot to record it! Had to switch to another company. Stay away or your home will either burn down or be robbed.
