We just had Alarmex come in to our facility and upgrade us to Cloud Based Access Controls, Alarm system and Cloud Camera Monitoring. We couldn't be happier. Rich, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating. They fit us in quickly and showed up when they said they would. The workers who came for the install were friendly, neat & knowledgeable.

This place have a bad customer service i call them because we are a general contractor company and I try to get better products we want to be big no to buy from home depot and this place have a bad customer services they send me directly to home depot they don't offer me any products that I was asking and the person who talk to me was very rude bad bad service
