Alamo Alarm is an AWESOME company. When we needed a new alarm system, they came in and did a great job. We needed to replace and repair an intercom and door bell system that no one wanted to take on. Their crew headed by Dana and Dan worked all day to replace the system and make sure it worked perfectly. I cannot RECOMMEND them strongly enough! Wonderful caring company!

I just attempted to have Alamo come out and service my alarm system that they have worked on before. They said that it sounds like it needs a lot of work and they are too busy. I asked if they are rejecting my request for service on my alarm? She said yes. I'm speechless! Does not appear to be a company that I could rely upon. Maybe I am better off without them. UPDATE - I called Lodi Alarm who came out promptly and repaired my alarm system in short order. Sam knew what he was doing and was the right man for the job. It was a mistake calling Alamo first. I am lucky that Alamo rejected my request for service so that I was able to receive expert service from Lodi Alarm.

I just had my first baby, and was afraid of being home alone. Alamo Alarm came out and customized a system just for us. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, and very patient when training me on how to use the system. Their dispatch is always available when I have questions, day or night.
