Well, the photos don't lie--BUT GUESS WHO DOES? : They actually charged us even more than I had thought; he was there for four hours--it should have taken no more than two. And, in NO WAY did they take off 1.5 hours from the bill, as you can see. The photo with the ugly wire doesn't lie either--as I mentioned, the "choice" we had was do that, or rip the wall open and hire a handyman to fix it.

Just admit your company jacked the whole thing up, and if you don't have the decency to honor a request for a simple one-hour refund, then don't lie in a public forum. Not very "family-business" like. There was an existing system there--the wire was plenty long enough for it, and it was not programmed wrong, until NA Security got ahold of it. Here's a thought- train your technicians to do a better job, and don't lie about your skillsets.

What good does it do to have a security system that doesn't work at bedtime and the monitoring people can't help you when you cannot set your system and they tell you to call the office in the morning. Duh! Shouldn't there be some sort of recourse for headquarters to be notified that a customer is unable to secure the premises.
