Critical: Professionalism The owner of this company is extremely rude to everyone and always upset before he answers customer call. When you ask for management he tell you he is the owner and hangs up. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Armor installed a security system and remote front door release for our business in a professional, cost-effective and timely manner. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with this company from the get go! Honest, straight forward, affordable and prompt. I had to get 2 locks changed on my business immediately last week and they had someone arrive within an hour. Rod was our tech, he was thorough, very kind and got the job done in a timely manner.

Technician did not disclose labor rate before completing the service. The invoice was created with labor included which we were not aware of prior to agreeing to the cost break down. The technician explained he could not determine what the labor would be until the job was finished which was not mentioned. When trying to resolve the issue with Armor and Lock Security we received poor customer service making the overall experience with this company unsatisfactory.

I called yesterday to ask about unlocking a security box that has very important items in it and Eric answered all my questions without hesitation. I took the box to them and they unlocked it NO PROBLEM! The staff is very kind and quick.

Best experience bar none. Technician was informative and very kind. If I ever have my locks changed agian they are the ones to call.
