As one of the first and last remaining African-American independent cable providers in the Nation, Wilco became well known as a provider of cable television and telecommunication services to Philadelphia's affordable and public housing communities.

The area I live has no Internet provider, Wilco is the company that services my area. Cable TV only, we can't get anything else from Con camcast because of Wilco. The world we live in pretty much does everything online. What about GGFE Get rid of Wilco!

They are never right about the service times to come to your home. They can incovience you without a courtesy call. The cable boxes are huge and outdated! We need Comcast essentials for internet. And TV! I'm just saying.

My cable keeps going off and they don't answer their phone I wish I could give them zero stars just let us switch over to Comcast already

My mother, a senior lives in a PHA Senior Bldg. Her Cable has been messed up for about 3 weeks now, we've been calling for 2. They don't come out when they say they are. They are rude, I wonder if that is because you have no choice in provider st PHA.

Staff is rude and unprofessional I reported a error making payments online took several screenshoots, last November. The problem was never addressed I was told today I should have called in and paid my bill or had someone do it. I was a customer for 5 years and my service was disconnected for 29.50 while I was out of the country. Do not sign up for poor service!

This is the worst cable company. the staff are so rude they hang up on you when your asking questions. they been telling me there since February that it's a waiting list for the Internet boxes and that my name was on the list so I should wait and not call back. now they telling me that it was no list that I have to call everyday. smh
