I had one of the most uncomfortable interviewing experiences at this organization. The first step of the interview felt like a interrogation process and mind you it was for a HR role not a security role. The second in person interview was no better as (I do not like to be the person to use the race card) but I could tell as soon as Nicole saw that I was a minority despite my qualifications did not want to hire me.
I could tell from those already employed with the company that there is a lack of 'Diversity and inclusion' within this organization. The interview questions continuously felt like an interrogation and had very little connection to the role itself. I was only as two questions in the beginning about HR. I am writing this review with the hopes that upper management sees this and takes not of better business practice, and to start looking into diversity and inclusion within this organization. I will also report this company to the BBB.

I received a phone call for a virtual interview appointment and The rep represented the company in a professional manner. Ariel asked me why did I want to work for the company, she asked if I had a black suit and if I wear it for the virtual interview it would look great on my behalf. So heads up for the new working world. T-shirts for a virtual interview is tacky. She informed me that a background check and drug test would be performed as well as the pay.

False advertising for employment. They take advantage of Armed Security Guards. They will make/offer you to go unarmed for a Year and if they "Like" you then "Maybe" you'll get higher pay a position. This is how it was explained at the sloppy interview. Extremely, unprofessional and unfair to milenials that are seeking gainful employment. He never gave an CONCRETE Reason on why I wasn't considered.
Do NOT APPLY $12-14 an hour cannot feed your family comfortably. Lastly, the Gentlemen that interviews you may try to intimidate you about qualifying at the Gun range with the "Guys". I even agreed and was highly interested because I am an active member at the local range and currently work Armed Security for clients. But of course he talked in circles to avoid me doing so.
I would of nailed that test! I knew he was bluffing! He seen I was aggressively seeking gainful employment but refused to work with me. This Company will NOT help you LONG TERM they will take advantage of you. I hope the higher ups/ Corporate review and handle this accordingly. EVERYONE of Age/RACE should be given an opportunity. Change the system of how you all do interviews it waste people's time. -With Respect
