I don't recommend this business. I canceled my service & moved my server to my new house in Pinellas Park, before they took over the initial company The account was never canceled. There is no notice of renewal, Nothing! I had become aware the account was active due to some power failure & the system in my old house now sold house had an alarm issue.
That system had been beeping for 3 years and no messages from this company. When I called then on a unit I've not been in since 2018, their answer was nothing can be done. Don't sign up with this service!

BEWARE! Used them for many years without a problem. But new owner is just horrible. A representative called me about payment; I made a partial payment as I'm out of work due to CoVid. A few hours later the owner calls me and says they don't accept partial payments and is cancelling my service. OK. So now three months later I get a notice that they are suing me, despite the fact that THEY cancelled my contract.
When I spoke w the owner, and explained I had been w the company for 29 years, and was out of work, he said ( and I quote verbatim )." don't make me mad ". So my advice to anyone reading this is STAY AWAY

They sent a technician for nothing. The technician recommend to call a phone service provider. That recommendation cost $120 for only 2 minute visiting. Even representative talked to me too much nice. I can't even terminate my service because they said I'm in 3 years contract and going to charge me early termination fee. I don't even know there is contract which I never received except the bill and invoice. They should explain about the fee before I got this service and contract.

I recently moved to the area, alone, and wanted to get a security system to feel safer. After asking around, I heard wonderful things about Advanced Security. They certainly lived up to their reputation and more. I am not tech savvy so, I needed a lot of help when it came to deciding on a security system. Their staff was incredibly informative and I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to install the system.
I recently had an issue with the alarm, after I blew a fuse. Being that it was a weekend evening I figured I would have to wait until Monday to resolve the problem. Fortunately, Advanced Security has 24 hour service and a tech was able to fix the problem that night. They have great prices but there is no price for how safe I feel when I am at home.

With crime on the rise, when I moved to a new apartment, it was very important to me to make sure all my valuables and property would be secure. Being a renter, I am not afforded much wiggle room to make changes to the location. This was of much concern to me as I wanted to get an alarm system. Advanced Security made it very easy, and was able to put a fully wireless alarm system in my apartment. Windows and doors are protected with wireless sensors, there was no need to drill any holes for anything.
The motion detector and glass break sensors installed are also wireless. No drilling and no holes means I will definitely get my security deposit back when my lease is up! While securing my apartment! At first I was skeptical about paying for a phone line just for the alarm system, in addition to monitoring charges. But with the wireless system I had installed, there was no need to get a phone line.
The alarm communicates with a wireless radio, no need for phones. Best of all I am able to control my alarm with my iphone. There have been a few times where I have been in a rush and bolted out the door, only to remember that I forgot to set the alarm. No big deal, I take my phone out, fire up an app, and within seconds I arm my alarm system remotely.
The technicians who came to my apartment were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. They were very efficient and had my whole system installed within a couple hours. To date I have been very pleased with the level of service and have recommended them to a few people.
