I used Buffalo Alarm for my business and found the transfer and service to be outstanding. Friendly fast response to any concerns. Very professional and I highly recommend.

Staff if extremely rude! Matt especially as he hung up on me when I asked for them to stop calling me. Eric and Sean were also rude. Would never recommend this business to anybody

The technicians are not aware of how drywall anchors work. They made the holes too big and one of my CO detectors has been falling out since day 1. Now a smoke detector on my ceiling is hanging on by 1 anchor. I called the company and they said I was past my warranty. Outstanding. Maybe teach the technicians how to correctly install anchors and we would all be happy.

Great service at an economical price. Have used Buffalo Alarm for the past three years with no problems. I think it is a family owned business.

I had occasion to call Buffalo Alarm last week due to a fast beeping sound coming from the key pad. I didn't realize at the time that it was due to a low battery. By chance I found Buffalo Alarm on the internet and gave them a call. I really was expecting to be told that I would have to sign up for a year contract for monitoring, which is what happened awhile ago with a another alarm co.

When a called Buffalo Alarm and cheerful young lady answered and immediately transferred me to Jim, service manager. He set up an appt. and advised the service fee. Very reasonable. The tech arrived at the appointed time. He replaced the battery quickly and checked all the other batteries. He didn't try to upsell and I'm grateful for that. If I ever want to upgrade our system, Buffalo Alarm is the only company I would use.

Buffalo Alarm came highly recommended, and they didn't dissapoint. We had a fairly complicated job with an older house and any challenges that came up were handled with ease. Great job by a great company!

Everyone at Buffalo Alarm was wonderful to work with - responsive, transparent, and made everything easy to understand. We had an old ADT system that needed many updates and they were able to work with us to keep costs down. We are very happy with our new system and their ongoing service.

Their technician came in and look at our system, and told us would tell the office and then give me a quote, but waited for a week, and never heard anything back from them. Called again after a week and a lady told me will get back to me in a day, but waited for another 2 weeks and still got nothing! So, don't waste your time calling this company., read the other review and I am not the only person experienced the same situation.

Wow! From the time that I first contacted Buffalo Alarm it was clear that I would be working with the Pros. We spend our winters in Florida, so it was important to feel our home was protected in our absence. The person on the phone was so caring and personable. The techs also, but more importantly to me, they were ON TIME! They had to navigate some pretty tricky situations in my home and they seemed to do it with ease and were extremely neat and clean in their work.

Before they left they made sure that I understood exactly how to operate the system in language that I could understand. A big shout out to Micheal Adolf for going the extra mile!
