Jim is consistently late to appointments. When asked about why he was late the usual response is, "I got busy". Never a phone call to let us know he's going to be late, either. Emailing Jim usually results in no response. It takes another one or two tries to get anything back from him. He does good work, when he does it. But it's really hard to get in touch with him. And his nonchalant attitude about being late really makes me question how he's stayed in business.
