Wow super rude receptionist gracy Adams was her name. I think when you work in costumer service the service should be great I understand people sometimes have bad days but her attitude was so uncalled for. Definitely well look into getting service somewhere else

Wow! Any of you other yelpers noticed this? I posted this in July 2014. I just got a response on April 9. 2019. It took a full freaking five years for them to notice and respond? Wow, if you other yelpers are smart, you will never do business with these guys.

This is a fantastic company. We have relied on this company for over 20 years to provide our security to our homes and office. They are honest and they are fine craftsmen.

They arrived on time as promised but that's where the good service ended. The technician overcounted the number of registers, which he corrected after I challenged him, and when he was cleaning the ducts, much of the dirt from the ducts ended up in the living space all over the furniture and floor. He used a useless vacuum to sweep up some of the debris but there is still dust and dirt everywhere. I would have thought they would have a shroud for the registers to contain the dirt. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The most expensive.and yet terrible security company. They have backpedaled on our contract, charge us over $200 a month for "service maintenance" and our system was faulty and not working for about 4 months. We have called and called and receive zero response.but yet when our credit card on file expired, they called us immediately. Poor customer service and poor security system.

I want to warn everyone about this company. They employ criminals, who, on purpose damaged my car and then left the scene. Can you imagine what these employee's can do when they are in you home? And the company is still employing these criminals. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT HIRE THEM. I am warning you all, after one of their employees cause $500 damage on my car, and then left the scene. AND IT WAS DONE ON PURPOSE. BEWARE, DO NOT USE THEM, IF YOU DO, IT WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK

The residential camera system works well, however this company has the worst customer service and the accounting department ranges from rude to incompetent. Camera was paid for with a card before work started. Work completed and phone calls started six months threatening to turn me over to collections because they failed to run the card I gave them. SIX months later.

I then called and gave them the card again and told them this was their fault. I assumed it was paid with the card I gave them. Here we are two months later and they are threatening to turn me over to collections again because of their inept employees. Card was not run properly and they did not call me for two more months! Accounting Dept is unprofessional and inept. Called Benson and spoke to Nick again X3 and gave him the card again and told him there would be no more phone calls or cards. If they can not figure out how to run a card will see me before a judge.

Would give them negative 10 stars if it was an option Our experience with Benson Systems / 24/7 Electronics has been nothing short of one of our WORSE customer experiences ever. Unfortunately we are dealing with them due to a flood in our home resulting from a plumbing issue, and they have been HORRENDOUS! Would NOT trust them with anything - stay away!

UNRELIABLE! Scheduled with Shannon for a back flow for April 11th; which was a two week wait. No one showed to the appointment. I had to call them twice and was transferred to the service department which kept ringing back to the operator. I was told both times by the operator that I'd have someone call me back to determine the status of the appointment and tech with an ETA; Never called back, didn't seem to care. Clearly, not service oriented and seem so busy that they don't need the business. Since being referred by The Town of Gilbert; I'll be sure to inform them of the horrible customer service and lack of professionalism.

I have used Benson Systems for more than 6 years now. As a maintenance supervisor for healthcare companies I recommend you give them an opportunity. Their response time is quick, their prices are low, and their customer service is excellent. I use them for all my fire protection services, plumbing services, HVAC services, and electrical needs. My account representative (Sean L.) is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

Very unprofessional company! Especially the accounting department. The only reason we used them for security monitoring is because the landlord was using them when we started our lease. When Benson came out for the start up they never hooked up the system to our phone lines. When the building was sold the landlord discovered they never cut their phone line and we lost our alarm. Benson wanted to charge us to come hook up to our lines again!

I agree with all the other reviews giving them a poor, poor rating! All they do is threaten people and never fix anything. And when you cancel them they say you have a contract but can't produce it!

I have to agree with the other negative reviews of this company. Used Benson Systems only because I was in a rental home and the owner had been using Benson prior to my move in. When I moved out of the house (after 3 years) I called Benson and informed them to please cancel my account. They said I needed to send an email to a generic Benson Customer Service Email account to cancel.

The following day I did that. The next day they charged me for another month's monitoring. Nobody from customer service ever responded to my service cancellation request. The following month they charged me for another month's monitoring. I followed up with another email, and in return was told, in essence, that I could not cancel my account, only the homeowner could.

If I wanted to stop being charged for the monitoring (for a home I no longer occupied), I'd have to handle that with the homeowner, as he had instructed them to charge my card. Basically, I could not instruct them to stop charging my card. For clarity, they never even had a contract with me, they had a contract with the homeowner and were telling me that he authorized them to charge MY CREDIT CARD and he would need to call them in order to get them to stop charging MY CREDIT CARD!

I had no authority (according to them) to tell them to stop charging my credit card. So, as of right now, my opinion is that their customer service is awful and they are fraudulently charging my credit card.

Possibly the worst customer service I have encountered with any business. Overpriced, not concerned with customers changing needs- if you sing a contract with these people - they will hold you to it- no matter if your changing security needs are not met. Quoted us $14,000 for what in essence what a doorbell could do. To simply move an existing door alarm to another door was also $1000's of dollars.

Please look elsewhere for your business security needs- we are simply waiting out our contract at this point. The sales rep. Sean - and his total general disregard for us as Benson customer and "not my problem" attitude and management saying he is their best salesman told us where we stood as a customer. If your not interested in good customer service then by all means- call Benson. I repeat- please look elsewhere for your security needs.

Just love these guys! They do everything for my commercial building. I make one call for what ever ails my building. Always professional, always done right. Just in the last month they have worked on my plumbing, electrical, security system, AC and roof. I love that kind of dependability.

These guys wanted me to go 3 days without air conditioning. First they said they'd be over in the morning, then the service guy called me at 2pm to say that since it just started raining, I'd have to wait until tomorrow or the next day. Is this a joke? Nice people but I don't recommend them.
