Calling this place ended up being a huge circus and I had to keep threatening to call the police because when the locksmith arrived (which took forever to dispatch) they kept harassing us and would not leave. They were extremely creepy, shady, and unprofessional. When the guy finally showed up he claimed he could not open the door because it was actually the door handle that was broken.
We said we understood. Then all of a sudden he said he could fix it for $120. Then he changed it to $140. He then escalated it to $225 and finally to $355. After he changed the price quote the second time, I knew this was not a game we wanted to play. We repeatedly told him we didn't need services anymore and paid him his trip fee, but he wouldn't leave.
Then the "company" started calling both of our phones. They wouldn't stop ringing us and asking why we rejected services. When the locksmith finally left, they came back to the house about 20 mins later with "muscle". I just wanted to warn everyone not to use this service and if you do be prepared to interact with some shady dealings and people. It's a service that is supposed to give you peace of mind in an emergency, but instead it made everyone fear for their safety.

Avoid this company. They lie on the quote and say $15 for the trip charge and starting price at $35. The technician took less than ten minutes and charged me $160! He said it was $19 for the trip charge and then his price was on top of that. When I called their customer service to complain about this, they were rude and explained that there was nothing they could do about it. I will NEVER use this company again, and I recommend you avoid them too.

They got the job done but it was super expensive. The person on the phone had called me after I asked for a quote and he said $15 for the tech to come out and it would range depending on the tool used and would start at $35. The tech came out and said that it would be $119. It made me mad because he used 2 air wedges and a slim jim! $150 for that?!
I could've done that myself if I had the tools and didn't need the car then. Lesson learned. Not using this service again and I'll just do it myself next time.
