I have been with this company for a few years now. Downside with this company is that they charge more than $100 every time they send a technician over. Even if it is for the same issue which was not fixed during the prior visits. This company says no matter what, everytime they dispatch someone, they will charge a minimum of $100 per visit. So please be aware of this before you proceed.
