Michael the sales rep was honest, respectful, and gave great insights and opinion on how we can best and safely install a pool fence for our home. Jonathan, the installer, was also great. He was clean, professional, and on time with the installation. They answered all of our questions and would definitely recommend their professional services.

I have to admit, I was not excited about getting a safety net over my beautiful pool. But with a 1 year old baby and small dog at home, it was just a matter of time before a possibly dangerous accident. I got two quotes. Michael at All-Safe gave me one that was $150 less than the other big competitor. And I believe All-Safe has a superior product being 5 mm versus the industry standard 4 mm. Scheduling was easy about 7 days out with a small deposit. Ed the installer came on time and spent about 30 minutes going over the plan with me.

He totally understood my concerns (mostly aesthetic) and gave me the best possible outcome! He then spent as much time as I needed to "teach me the ropes" after the install was completed about 5-6 hours later. I would only say that maybe you guys could bring a vacuum to suck up some of the small rock debris left behind from drilling. It wasn't that bad. So thank you Mike and Ed. Everything seems rock solid two weeks after install.

I agree with the other one star reviews.product does not match products. Paid a high price for this product and wrong color was sent. They would not exchange without having us pay another OUTRAGEOUS shipping charge and 25% restocking fee. After both shipping fees and restocking you are out 60 percent of what was paid. Go elsewhere. Owners wouldn't even give the courtesy to speak to us about options. I wish we would have read these reviews before making the same mistake many others did.

Owner and contractors do not stand behind their product. I had a pool cover installed and they cut it three times to try and get it correct - simple oval. It looks terrible and they offered no options to fix. They have no warranty and will not back their product. Owner ignores his customers. There are many companies offering this product. I picked the wrong one. Avoid All-Safe Pool Fence & Covers.

Should've done my research before ordering from these crooks. Shipping is outrageous to begin with & if you have to return a product to them, you might as well forget about it. They charge you a 25% re-stock fee for doing nothing & you have to pay more shipping to send it back to them. Also, the colors they list on their website don't match what they send to you. Avoid this place as other reviewers have mentioned

Critical: Quality Read the fine print on the website. This company does not stand behind their product or the contractor doing the work. If you have issues you will have no support from the company. Purchased a fence from All Safe Pool and Michael R was really awesome and answered all my questions. He sent Pete to install our fence and he was awesome. Pete explained to both my hubby and I how to remove fence, self closing gate, etc. We are so happy the way our fence looks. I highly recommend All Safe. Thanks again Michael and Pete.

The company was very professional right from the start. They responded quickly to all my emails. An estimator came out and surveyed the area and talked me through all the options to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. After I confirmed the order, they set up an installer to come out to do the job. The installer was great. The job was done exceptionally well and he left no mess at all. We are very happy with the company and the product!

With the installation of the pool barrier my family and I have peace of mind now knowing that our 2yr old grand daughter will be safe running around in the backyard. Mike was very helpful, flexible, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He explained everything and I was satisfied before we went ahead with the installation. From the estimate to installation All Safe made getting a pool fence a breeze. The free estimation was informative and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me things I didn't need. They are very knowledgable about pool/child safety. The installer did a wonderful job. He worked neatly and was very helpful explaining all the features of my new fence. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

We interviewed three pool fence companies, All-Safe was by far the most knowledgeable and had the best product construction. For the safety of our toddler and her little friends who visit, this was the best choice for us. The salesman was very prompt, courteous and good at explaining how to operate the pool fence and gate.
