Aames Lock & Safe

Worst expensive I've ever had. Almost lost my tenant because their irresponsible behavior. This is what happened: calling Aames to change the lock and key because they were the old key vendor of the building. Jim said he would send me an email of the appointment time before he send out his guy to our building. One week pasted I received nothing. I called back then Jim realize my email went to junk mail, I request an email again before he send his guy to the building.

Another week pasted still receive nothing. All of a sudden two guys showed up and said they were here to change the lock and key, but me and my tenant wasn't informed, my tenant wasn't on site at that moment, so we had to make another appointment. However, they changed the appointment without telling me, no text no phone call no email. Me and my tenant were waiting here whole day, I called back and Jim said oh I told you through the phone, umm.yes maybe you talked to a ghost?

Show me the record that you informed me and I accepted that you changed the appointment. Later Jim apologized that they are too busy. Excuse me? You think you are the only busy one? Then don't give your promise and waste other people's time. I guess Aames makes a lot of money so they don't care the small business. You know why, beacuae they replied my appointment cancellation email right away! They never replied my email. SURPRISED! They replied my cancelation email under such a busy time! Obviously they are so happy that we don't need their service anymore!

Randomly walked in here while getting AC checked out next door. had a key and key blank in my pocket for an older 911 that I was going to bring to the shop I normally go to. Ask if they do auto keys, they say they don't, but I show him my blank and he says "I can do that" for candidly stupid small $. Key works great!
